The staff is very pleasant for such a stressful environment. Irregular hours suck
The staff is doing its best, they are polite and helpful, and they are doing a very large volume of work. The location is not ideal, small and crammed, and yes, long waits. I used Springfield several times. It's faster and nicer but I appreciate the convenience of having an office close to Brattleboro.
Very long wait time with overwhelmed staff. The idea is nice but more available days would work better for a town of this size.
